Order Processing

All orders are custom-produced and made to order. Production begins after artwork approval and payment have been received.

Production times vary depending on order size, product selection, and current production volume. Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods

USPF ships orders throughout the United States using major shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other approved freight providers when applicable.

Shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

USPF is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

USPF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be rerouted or reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged shipment and products.

If a package is lost in transit, USPF will assist in filing a carrier claim; however, carrier investigations and resolutions are subject to the carrier's policies and timelines.

Large Orders & Freight Shipments

Large-volume orders may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery location, loading dock access, or additional delivery arrangements.

Customers will be notified when freight shipping is required.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow carriers up to 24 hours to update tracking information after a label has been created.
